    What is Kundalini?: Understand the concept of Kundalini energy, the chakras, and how it relates to spiritual awakening.

    Tri Hita Karana Philosophy: Introduce how this Balinese philosophy can complement Kundalini practices, fostering harmony between humanity, nature, and the divine.

     

    2. The Subtle Body and Energy (7 hours)

     

    The Ten Bodies: Physical body, mind, soul, aura, and other energy bodies.

    The Chakra System: A deep dive into the 7 chakras, their locations, functions, and how Kundalini yoga activates them.

    Prana & Apana: How the life force flows in the body and its importance in Kundalini practices.

     

    3. Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (12 hours)

     

    What are Kriyas?: The dynamic sets of exercises, postures, and breathing techniques that are the heart of Kundalini.

    Common Kriyas for Kundalini Awakening: Focus on specific kriyas like spinal flex, frog pose, Sat Kriya, etc.
